Return & Refund Policy

We allow our customers to return products for a refund or replacement subject to certain terms and conditions

  1. All products, unless otherwise mentioned, can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to terms and conditions.
  2. All refunds would be processed in customers wallet (Kavedia Jewellers Wallet) unless otherwise mentioned. No refunds would be processed in Bank accounts, Cash or Credit cards unless otherwise mentioned
  3. In case if you received a product in damaged condition or wrong product, please call and update us within 3 days from the date of delivery for refund process. The damaged product will be replaced with a new product depending on availability or else will refund the money. In case if you failed to inform us within 3 days, company reserves right to refuse refund.
  4. The products eligible for return or refund or replacement, if specifically mentioned on the Product Page
  5. Return or Replacement is subjected to verification checks and / or shall be refused in below cases:

  • If the product is damaged in your possession
  • Any signs of usage of product and not into its original condition
  • Any product which is without its original packaging, tags and accessories if any
  • Product is different from what was shipped to you
  • Product sold as a set or combo or with special offers cannot be replaced or returned individually
  • Products which are non-returnable

           6. Replacement is subject to availability of product. In case if replacement is not possible then customer would be given an alternative else refund would be     

                processed in customers wallet (Kavedia Jewellers Wallet)

           7. After verification of returned product, refunds would be processed in 7 working days in customers Wallet (Kavedia Jewellers Wallet) or unless otherwise 

               specifically mentioned

  • Q. How do I return or replace the product?

                 A. Visit Transaction history and click “Return” to initiate return process. 

  •  Q. When will I get a refund or replaced product?

                  A. Once return request is submitted, we will arrange a pick up of product and once received, return or refund process would be completed in 7 working

                  days. A product would be replaced with similar products or alternative product with customer’s acceptance or money would be refunded in Kavedia Jewellers

                  Customer’s Wallet.
